Join us for a nourishing morning of stillness, sound, and sea air. This deeply restorative beach sound bath begins with a short, guided meditation followed by a 45-minute immersive sound journey using therapeutic instruments. We close with a cup of loose-leaf tea and, for those feeling adventurous, the option of a refreshing sea dip – so bring your cossie!).
What to Bring:
Yoga mat or beach towel (mats are provided, but bring your own if preferred)
