Sound Bath & Reiki with Benji & Balu

Join us for another special Sanctuary Circle gathering in the beautiful Bear look out at The Wildheart Sanctuary in Sandown.

This Sunday morning session offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect with nature, and return to yourself. Together we’ll relax and restore through a blend of Reiki and sound bath healing, held within this unique and peaceful setting.

There will be time to journal, receive hands-on Reiki, and rest with the soothing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls. Subtle aromatherapy elements will also be included, chosen to support relaxation and restoration.

What to expect

A calm and welcoming space held with care and intention. The session includes quiet reflection, journaling, Reiki, and an immersive sound bath.
