Join us for this truly unique session, a fully immersive experience combining sound bath therapy, aromatherapy and 1 to 1 Reiki. A beautiful session to provide a calming and tranquil space to promote a deep and therapeutic state of relaxation. Where your body can bathe in the healing sound vibrations, whilst allowing the energetic restorative power of Reiki to flow. Together with aromatherapy and light, this is a very relaxing hour just for you.
Complete rest, recharge and renewal for mind, body and soul. Calming the nervous system while cleansing and re aligning your energies, promoting feelings of restorative calm and wellbeing. Other benefits include a reduction of stress, anxiety, pain and improved sleep. Tickets £30.
