Sound & reiki with Benji & Balu

Join us for another special Sanctuary Circle gathering in the beautiful Bear look out at The Wildheart Sanctuary in Sandown.

This Sunday morning session offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect with nature, and return to yourself. Together we’ll relax and restore through a blend of Reiki and sound bath healing, held within this unique and peaceful setting.

There will be time to journal, receive hands-on Reiki, and rest with the soothing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls. Subtle aromatherapy elements will also be included, chosen to support relaxation and restoration.

What to expect

A calm and welcoming space held with care and intention. The session includes quiet reflection, Reiki, and an immersive sound bath.

Each sound bath and reiki practice will reveal itself to you in its own way. No two sound baths with reiki are the same.
