Sound & reiki with Benji & Balu

Join us for our beautiful Sunday morning session in the Bear Lookout at The Wildheart Animal Sanctuary in Sandown.

We surround ourselves in nature and journey back to self as we relax deeply allowing the body to cleanse and restore itself, with our signature blend of guided meditation, Sound Bath and Reiki.

This session offers hands-on Reiki as well as the restorative sound frequencies of quartz crystal Bowls played in this within this truly unique setting.

The session will also contain aromatherapy elements carefully selected to aid relaxation and restoration. Using premium therapeutic grade essential oils for their purity and wellbeing benefits.

The session concludes with a calming and refreshing hand blended herbal tea.
