Sound & Reiki with the Benji and Balu

Join us for another very special Sanctuary Circle gathering in the wonderful venue of the bear hide at The Wildheart Sanctuary in Sandown.

Journey back to nature and back to self on this beautiful autumnal Sunday morning session as we relax and restore ourselves with our signature blend of Reiki and sound bath healing.

This session will bring an opportunity to journal, 2 to 1 hands-on Reiki as well as the relaxing sounds of quartz crystal Bowls played in this unique and special location.

The session will also contain aromatherapy elements carefully selected to aid relaxation and restoration.
