Yoga, Sound Bath & Reiki

Join us for the second of our beautiful summer series of early morning outdoor sessions, incorporating a harmonious combination of Yoga, Soundbath with Reiki and aromatherapy elements, for the first time at the unique location of The Wildheart Animal Sanctuary in Sandown.

We begin our morning session with Elle who will guide you through a grounding and calming yoga session to suit all abilities amongst the sights and sounds of the sanctuary.

We then slow down to relax and soothe mind and body with a cleansing and restorative signature SoundBath with Reiki and aromatherapy.

Concluding this blissful session with a little hand blended herbal tea to ease you into the rest of your Sunday morning.
